Researchers should say that they need to walk between two and a half to five hours a week or exercise for one and a half to two and a half hours. That is, just 20 minutes a day can save you from cancer. Walking or cycling reduces the risk of kidney cancer.
In addition, the risk of liver, breast or cancer can be reduced by walking for a few minutes every day. It also reduces the risk of cancer of the uterus, lymphoma, colon, in women. Walking or cycling for a while reduces the risk of cancer by 10 to 20 percent.
Findings from the study suggest that exercise reduces the risk of cancer as exercise keeps weight under control. If a person is physically active and also loses weight, the risk of cancer is not high.
